Hochreines Wasservorbehandlungsprojekt für eine Elektronikfabrik in China

Project Overview

This project was built for an electronics manufacturing plant in China, where stable RO permeate quality was required as feed water for the downstream high-purity water system.

Using municipal water as the feed source, the plant adopted a complete pretreatment and RO desalination process to support continuous production water demand. The main RO section uses KC-BW-ZM8040 membrane elements to deliver stable low-conductivity permeate for further polishing treatment.

RO System Parameters

The first-pass RO system uses KC-BW-ZM8040 membrane elements and is arranged in a 12:6 two-stage array. Each pressure vessel is loaded with 6 membrane elements, for a total of 108 elements.

The system is designed at approximately 18.0 LMH, with a recovery rate of about 75%. Operating pressure is typically 0.85–1.05 MPa, and overall system salt rejection is maintained at ≥99.4%. The first-pass RO permeate capacity is about 72 m³/h, with product water conductivity typically controlled at <8 μS/cm.
