Usine de dessalement d’eau de mer pour l’approvisionnement en eau côtière en Chine

Project Overview

Cette usine de dessalement d'eau de mer fournit de l'eau douce aux installations publiques voisines en Chine.

The plant combines membrane pretreatment with a two-pass RO process. KC-SW-8040 membrane elements are used in the first-pass SWRO section for primary desalination, followed by a second RO pass and post-treatment before distribution.

RO System Parameters

The first-pass RO system is equipped with 38 pressure vessels, each vessel contains 6 KC-SW-8040 membrane elements, giving 228 elements in total.

The system operates at approximately 11.8 LMH, with a 42% taux de récupération, an operating pressure of 5.8–6.4 MPa, and a system salt rejection of approximately 99.6%.

The designed first-pass permeate capacity is approximately 100 m³/h, equivalent to about 2,400 m³/day. The permeate then enters the second-pass RO and post-treatment system.
